PERSONALIZED FLAT FEE PACKAGES

Whenever it’s the best fit for our client, we will work with you to develop a personalized flat fee package, and arrange to bill on a flat fee basis.  For example, we can develop a flat fee arrangement to:

  • Conduct training sessions

  • Create custom documents

  • Start-up a nonprofit corporation and pursue 501(c) tax exempt status with the IRS

  • Or any other work that lends itself to a flat fee.

Flat fee arrangements may be paid in full at the outset or by prearranged installments.

HOURLY BILLING

We use hourly billing when a flat fee is not possible or practical for our client. A retainer fee (deposit) will likely be required to get started.  The retainer fee is held in Legal for Good’s trust account for the client until the work has been done to earn the fees.  Hourly fees are billed monthly and are due upon receipt.  Clients receive an invoice each month showing the work that was done, and clients may choose to pay their invoice by authorizing a recurring credit card payment, paying online, paying by check, or utilizing funds they have deposited in Legal for Good’s trust account.

Our goal is to provide each client with seasoned legal advice and exceptional customer care. We can take of you through the entire start-up process, ensuring everything is in place.
